Our legendary Tres Leches recipe was created by pastry chef extraordinaire Bricia Campos, of Pasteleria Bricia in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. Bricia is the sister of Cristina Campos Chavarria- pastry chef (founder of Kristoffer's Cafe & Bakery ('03) in Pilsen and current owner/partner of Kristoffer's Cakes (2018 -) with Kristoffer Chavarri
Our legendary Tres Leches recipe was created by pastry chef extraordinaire Bricia Campos, of Pasteleria Bricia in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. Bricia is the sister of Cristina Campos Chavarria- pastry chef (founder of Kristoffer's Cafe & Bakery ('03) in Pilsen and current owner/partner of Kristoffer's Cakes (2018 -) with Kristoffer Chavarria - pastry chef- second generation, both continue to honor the tradition, by crafting new flavors and fusions to augment our menu portfolio while preserving its integrity. Some of our unique signature creations include RumChatta, Cappuccino, Oreo, Mango, strawberyy and Abuelita.
Hot or Iced, our espresso based beverages are the perfect complement to our desserts, including our exclusive drinks: Mayan Hot Chocolate and Horchata Latte.
